Doorstep inspections within covered Gurgaon sectors are arranged by prior mutual appointment. Our technicians bring fabric catalogs, foam samples, and inspection tools to inspect the furniture and provide a detailed quotation before any work commences.

2. Quotations & Pricing Transparency

All price quotes provided over the phone or online represent estimated starting costs based on standard configurations. Final written quotes are confirmed following in-person inspection of the sofa frame, dimension measurements, and customer selection of specific foam density (e.g., 32D, 40D, HR) and fabric grade. No hidden charges are imposed once the quote is formally accepted by the customer.

3. Material Quality & Workmanship Warranty

Foam Warranty: Branded high-density polyurethane and HR foam replacements carry manufacturer warranty against abnormal sagging (typically 5 to 10 years depending on the selected grade).
Workmanship Guarantee: Structural joint reinforcement, spring tensioning, and stitching work are backed by our 1-Year craftsmanship guarantee.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional physical cuts, damage caused by pets, burns, water flooding, or unauthorized repairs attempted by third parties.

4. Payment Terms

For custom reupholstery requiring fabric procurement, an advance deposit of 30% to 50% is required at the time of fabric selection and booking. The balance payment is payable upon delivery and customer inspection. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash.
