Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Doorstep Inspection & Visit Cancellation

Customers may reschedule or cancel a booked doorstep inspection appointment without any fee by notifying our dispatch team at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time via phone (+91 6399 102 110) or WhatsApp.

2. Custom Fabric Orders & Work in Progress

Because sofa fabric and leatherette materials are cut to custom measurements per customer selection:

• Before Material Cutting: If you wish to cancel an order before custom fabrics have been cut or specialized foam ordered from the manufacturer, advance deposits are refunded after deducting any incurred inspection/sample transport costs.
• After Material Cutting / Foam Fabrication: Once custom fabric rolls have been cut to your sofa’s specific dimensions, the material cost portion of the advance deposit cannot be refunded. However, labor charges will not be levied for unperformed work.

3. 100% Satisfaction & Rework Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If upon delivery or on-site completion you identify any defect in stitching, uneven cushion firmness, or loose fitting, our master craftsman will perform necessary adjustments and rework completely free of charge.

4. Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer) within 3 to 5 business days of formal cancellation confirmation.
