- Final service confirmation is subject to inspection and availability of materials.
- Any changes to the service scope after inspection may result in price adjustments.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are provided based on initial discussion or inspection and may vary after final assessment.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Full or partial payment may be required in advance, depending on the nature of the work.
- Payments must be completed upon service completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Customers must inform us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a service or visit charge.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Warranty & Workmanship
- Warranty, if applicable, covers workmanship only and not damage caused by misuse, accidents, moisture, pets, or normal wear and tear.
- Foam and fabric warranty depends on the manufacturer’s policy.
- Warranty is void if repairs are done by a third party after our service.
7. Customer Responsibilities

- Removing fragile or valuable items near the work area
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or restricted access.
